Avocado Dip
- Serves 4-6
- Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 oz (75g) low fat soft cheese
- quarter red pepper - finely diced
- Method
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone
- Spoon the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl with the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
- Mash with a potato masher until smooth
- Add the soft cheese and beat until smooth
- Stir in the red pepper
- Serve with crackers, bread sticks or tortilla chips
