Whiskey Creams

• Ingredients

• 1 pint (600ml) double cream
• 4 tbsp clear honey
• 1 tbsp Whiskey

• Method

• Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until the cream becomes stiff.
• Empty into 6 large wine glasses, chill and serve.
