Whiskey Creams

- Ingredients
- 1 pint (600ml) double cream
- 4 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp Whiskey
- Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until the cream becomes stiff.
- Empty into 6 large wine glasses, chill and serve.
