Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta

  • Ingredients

  • 2-3 mugs of pasta
  • 1 x 200g small tin of tuna in brine
  • 1 small tin of sweetcorn
  • quarter of an onion
  • 2-3 dessert spoons of low fat yogurt/low fat fromage frais
  • 2-3 dessert spoons of light mayonnaise

  • Method

  • Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet
  • Drain the tins of tuna and sweetcorn and place in a large bowl
  • Flake the tuna
  • Chop the onion finely and place in bowl
  • Drain and rinse the pasta when it is cooked and add to the bowl
  • Mix together the Mayonnaise and yogurt and add to the pasta
  • Mix well
