Milk Chocolate Icing
- Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz (60g) margarine
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 9 oz (250g) icing sugar, sieved
- 3 tbsp hot milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Method
- Melt the margarine and blend in the cocoa powder.
- Stir in the icing sugar, milk and vanilla essence.
- Beat until smooth and thick.
