Milk Chocolate Icing

  • Ingredients

  • 2 ½ oz (60g) margarine
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 9 oz (250g) icing sugar, sieved
  • 3 tbsp hot milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Method

  • Melt the margarine and blend in the cocoa powder.
  • Stir in the icing sugar, milk and vanilla essence.
  • Beat until smooth and thick.
