Parsley Butter

  • Serve with grilled meats and grilled or baked white fish

  • Ingredients
  • 100g (4oz) softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Method
  • Beat all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed
  • Using cool, wet hands shape buter into a roll about 3cm in diameter
