Parsley Butter
- Serve with grilled meats and grilled or baked white fish
- Ingredients
- 100g (4oz) softened butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Method
- Beat all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed
- Using cool, wet hands shape buter into a roll about 3cm in diameter
